This was not the first time I photographed Ali. She was a bridesmaid in Connie and David’s wedding weeks before this engagement session. Ali and James’s session was on the boardwalks and shore of Ocean City. “Always a bridesmaid and never a bride” is no longer the case for Ali! Ali and James will be getting married in August. Looking forward to it!

It isn’t very often that I get a chance to photograph my couples with their pets but when I do it is always a new experience.  Rebecca and Ari asked me if we could do their engagement session with their dog “Nava”.  Anybody who knows me, would know that I love all types of animals. So doing a few with “Nava” would be OK with me. Nava (a Bouvier in case you were wondering) was very energetic, and you can tell she loves the attention.

After “Nava” was done,  we continued with the engagement session strolling through the streets where Rebecca and Ari lived. Thanks to both of them for a great afternoon.

Back by popular demand I present “Jasmine” also known as simply ‘Jazz’. Jazz was the first and probably only pet cow that I will ever photograph. When I photographed Tara and Ched’s engagement session I was informed about Jazz and was pretty excited to tell you the truth. Well, Jazz was a pure joy to photograph and behaved the whole time. Ched has owned her since she was just a calf and follows him around like a dog. Honestly, it is true!

Doing an engagement session on LBI is always fun. I personally like the fall time there. It is quiet and still very beautiful. Danielle and Eric were good sports letting my drag them around Fantasy Island and a quick stop in front of a whale. Thanks.

What a great day to do an engagement session. Sun, cool temperature, what else could we ask for! Candy and Phil are getting married next August at The Crystal Tea Room. They were lots of fun to photograph and we got to know each other a little better.
